Go BIG Lacrosse Returns Policy

We issue refunds and program credits.


Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your product was delivered to you, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Any order that is filled correctly will not be refunded or credited. Clothing is custom made specific to the customer. Only orders that have been filled incorrectly will be, replaced and shipped at no cost to the customer or given a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment the same day of the approval..
Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Program Refunds:
In the event a player can not attend a program , a full refund or a program credit , minus the minimum payment due at registration, will be given, provided the program has not started.
If a program has begun, no refunds will be given. Program credits will be given for a future program, minus the minimum payment due at registration for the program abandoned.
